Fast Shipping
We dispatch all orders the next day. So if you are from Ireland, you should be able to receive your order within 1 to 2 days.
For International Orders, it may take anywhere from 5 days to 14 days.
Returns
We think its pawsome that our furry friends are very well looked after! Well, they are the lucky pooches and kitties! Just in case, your order isn't up to scratch (hmmm...pun intended but we cannot take anything that has been partially been eaten or scratched!), please get in touch with us immediately.
It can be a matter of fit, too small or too big, not too worry, you can have it exchanged. But it can be also be a case that it is not really a match and we can offer a refund (shipping excluded).
You have seven (7) days upon receipt to have the item returned or exchange. If for refund, it will be returned back to the payment option that you have used.
